Abstract: This study shows a method to prepare carbon shapes with quick ignition at low temperature from household agriculture garbage wastes. The products are mechanically stable and smokeless. The method involves partial drying, grinding of the waste resources, thermal charring at low temperature, mixing of the bio-char with alkali nitrate salts, blending with molasses or starch gel as a binding material, briquetting or shaping and roasting the green shapes at 600°C. Results revealed that the waste material contains paper, plastics, agriculture food residue, and other organic wastes. Analysis showed that the total carbon in the garbage amounts to 58% by weight. The weight of char left after the charring process decreases in the order agriculture waste > paper > plastic. Proper requirement of the binding material is in the vice order. Mechanical strength of the shaped products increases with the increase of the binding content approaching an optimum value of 140 kg/cm2 .Apparent density decreases with increase in charring and roasting temperature, decrease in the binder content and shaping pressure. The average yield of the product from the waste amounts to 52% by weight equivalent to about 90% of the char portion. A model exploring the mechanism of carbonization and structure formation has been postulated. The cost of the method is rather effective and simple

Abstract: The quality of an image is degraded by Gaussian blur, Bilateral blur, Box blur, CC Radial Blur, CC Radial Fast blur, CC Vector blur, Channel blur, Compound blur, Directional blur, Fast blur, Lens blur, Radial blur, Smart blur, Motion blur and Gaussian out -of-focus blur, this blur image is very tedious to understand the given content of an information in that particular image. Image deblurring and restoration is the most essential methods in the digital image processing, which is used to produce the sharp image by the method of mathematical derivative concepts. Image deblurring have an enlarge applications e.g. remove the motion blur, due to any camera get shake. There are many techniques that where proposed in this paper, we will examine various methods and techniques of deblurring. The analysis is done on the basis of performance, types of blur and PSNR (Peak to Signal Noise Ratio).

Abstract: Discovering the nearest neighbor in wireless. The analysis is based on some of the practical problems of finding the nearest neighbor as the position of nodes keep changing in a wireless ad hoc network. Node mobility is one of the major in wireless ad hoc networks. This is resolved by Priority Position Optimal algorithm where the nearest neighbors act as a forwarding candidate with some criteria to denote the best forwarder.

Abstract: Erection, setting, adjustment, and alignment of sheet metal in petroleum storage tank construction are a very complicated and specialized job. This has to be carried by expert and experienced team of engineers, technicians and helpers. This paper has been prepared with intent to provide guide lines to such team for carrying out tank erection and commissioning. The paper covers planning, pre-erection activities, erection sequence. The erection technologies though explained quite in detail but as hydraulic machines are tailor made, the technologies may differ for a particular machine which has to be obtained from the manufacturer.

Abstract: Cognitive radio is a promising technology to improve the utilization of wireless spectrum resources efficiently. A serious security threat to cognitive radio networks (CRN) which sense the spectrum in a cooperative manner is the spectrum sensing data falsification (SSDF) attack. The proposed scheme mitigates the effect of SSDF attacks and improves the robustness of cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) based on the identity based AES cryptography. The SSDF attack is countered by two stages. In the first stage, the normal secondary users are identified using the AES encrypted ID. Following this is the second stage in which the majority voting rule is used to make correct spectrum sensing decision to all secondary users. The experimental results show the comparison of the proposed scheme with adaptive reputation based clustering algorithm. The effectiveness of proposed scheme provides efficient spectrum sharing of unused licensed spectrum to the cognitive radios and enable robust system operation.

Abstract: Feature extraction is the method of defining a set of features, which will most effectively represent the information that is important for analysis and concurrence. Gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) is an important method to take out the texture features in medical image. Gray level co-occurrence matrix can simply take out the texture under single scale and single direction. However its description of the texture feature is not so detailed that is not good enough to extract the feature by this method. Nonsubsampled counter transformation (NSCT) is a kind of algorithm. This use the iterative nonsubsampled filter store to achieve a series of multi-scale, multi-direction and translation invariant frequency field sub-image. It is an move toward to texture extraction fall under the category of pixel base scheme. Quad tree decomposition is to be proposed to achieve more accuracy and it can highlight the details of image, more feature details can be extracted from the visual important objects that from the monotone area of the image. The image retrieval performance is highly improved as compared with the pixel based method.

Abstract: There are several research has been carried out to make digital imaging system better and better. The increasing trends of imaging devices is making image processing research to explore more facilities with automatic image denoising imaging system in digital capturing devices for images and videos. Such research is very useful in the denoising of medical images where the limitation of the particular imaging devices always exists. In this paper an efficient denoising technique is proposed by utilizing the Coiflets Filters of discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The proposed approach is having two Coiflet Filters connected in series with soft thresholding to reduce the effect of gaussian noises of various intensities.
